At the heart of Dawning is Dawn Carpenter, President of Dawning Real Estate. With over 40 years of experience as a real estate broker and a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Dawn brings a depth of knowledge and leadership that shapes everything we do.
Her commitment to excellence extends beyond day-to-day management. Dawn served as President of the Institute of Real Estate Management (2025–2026), reflecting her dedication to advancing industry standards and best practices.

Kim Carpenter
Kimberly Carpenter has been a dedicated part of the company for over 20 years, bringing a deep understanding of both client relationships and day-to-day operations. She plays a key role in overseeing accounts and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Known for her reliability and attention to detail, Kimberly helps create a seamless experience for both property owners and tenants, making sure every interaction reflects the care and consistency Dawning Real Estate stands for.

Christina M. Cernak is a licensed Real Estate Agent and an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). With over seven years of specialized experience in residential property management, she has successfully overseen diverse portfolios ranging from rental buildings to complex HOAs and condominiums. Christina currently manages a dedicated staff of four, ensuring that every property under her care operates with maximum efficiency. Her deep industry knowledge and leadership provide Dawning Real Estate clients with the highest level of professional oversight and operational excellence.

Lynnette Brooks provides essential clerical and administrative support that keeps the office running smoothly.
